How to Clear your Cached Data for Improved Software Performance

Why do you want to clear your cached data?

Clearing your cached data can help improve your devices performance, resolve loading and formatting issues, and frees up storage space by removing unnecessary files to make more room on your device for important data and apps. 

For Microsoft Edge Users (Google Chrome users, click here)

1. Open your web browser and at the top right,  Select the 3 dots "..." and then Settings

2. From Settings Select Privacy. Under Delete browsing data Select Choose what to clear.

3. Change your Time Range to "All time", then Only Select "Cached images and files", and then Select Clear now.

For Google Chrome Users

1. Open your web browser and at the top right,  Select the 3 dots "..." and then Delete Browsing Data

2. Keep the selection on Basic, change your Time Range to "All time", then ONLY Select "Cached images and files", and then Select Delete Data.

You'll see how much data will be freed up on your device by clearing your cached images and files.  You're all set!
