      Field Link - How to Turn On Sub-Item Importing from Estimating Link

      Setting up your Estimating Link to Field Link Import to include sub-items

      You have the ability to import your Estimating Link Items to Field Link by including or discluding your sub-items.  By default, Estimating Link only sends primary bid items to Field Link and does not send any sub-items. 

      To change the settings:

      1. Go to Estimating Link.
      2. Go to Setup>Options and tab over to  Field Link.
      3. To turn on sub-item importing, select "Yes."  

       

      💡Tip: If you have already submitted a project to Field Link without sub-items, and you want to change your import, go to Field Link, make the project inactive, then delete the project from the inactive list.  You can then resubmit your project from Estimating Link again with the new settings.
