Instructions on changing the view of Item Library on the Tree View

In the tree view of Estimating Link, you can view your Library Items with all Items in the bid or separate your Non Bid Items out.

If you do not separate your Non Bid Items, your Item Library in the tree view will show all Items (including Non Bid Items and Sub Items) sorted alpha-numerically, as shown below:

If you separate your Non Bid Items, your Item Library in the tree view will sort Bid Items as they are shown on the Bid Sheet and separate your Non Bid Items into the next branch on the tree view:

You have the option to view your tree view either way.  To make this change, go to Setup > Options, select the General tab and check or uncheck Item Library - Separate Non Bid Items:
